User Authentication
We provide a secure login using OAuth2 protocol without the need to divulge your login credentials to the app. OAuth2 protocol implements a number of measures to help protect against unauthorised access. For example, all OAuth2 applications use HTTPS, tokens and auth codes to secure communication between the application and servers.
To add an extra layer of security, we have also mandated multi factor authentication.

We have a subscription based revenue model, which means we never show you any advertisements or sell your information to make money. We promise to always keep it this way.
Data Protection
Encryption
At immplify, we encrypt all your data (at rest, in transit and in use) to keep it safe from attackers and prevent unauthorised access. All data that is stored by immplify is encrypted at the storage layer using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm, AES-256.
Data Tokenization
immplify uses “Aliasing” to protect the sensitive data extracted from your immigration documents. This industry leading security method replaces the sensitive data with a random meaningless value which can’t be traced back. So even if our databases are hacked by a cybercriminal, tokenized sensitive data will be meaningless to them.
Data Redaction
At various places in the app, we have implemented data redaction to protect unauthorised viewing of your sensitive data. You can click to reveal the real sensitive information.

- Will you ever sell my data?
No, we will never sell your data, and that's why we made immplify a subscription based service.
- Is my data actually deleted, when I delete it?
Once you delete a document, it is actually deleted from the servers. When you request to delete your entire account, we clear all our servers and backups.
- How can I report security issues?

- Can anyone at immplify see my data?
No, even we at immplify can’t see your data. We’ve architected the entire app around the security and privacy of user data.
